on rare occasion, you come across a customer who is dissatisfied with your service, no matter what. I don't know if it's because they just want a free carpet cleaning, or if they've had a bad day. I came back to this customers house completed an entire cleaning for a second time, put down additional pet deodorizer treatment, and was sure the customer would be thrilled with a full second cleaning for free. Not the case! Despite the fact that these carpets can't possibly get much cleaner than they currently are. The customer expressed dissatisfaction. I think this is a good lesson for expectations. We in the carpet cleaning business are not miracle workers, we are carpet cleaners. We cannot make old shaggy disgusting carpet. Look brand new again. It's just not possible. I've tried :-)

Lou called for a cleaning of her area, rug and couch. The couch had been cleaned previously by a fly-by-night carpet cleaner who did a good job of solidifying the stains that were already there. I was able to get most of it out, totally forgot to take an after picture! Such a bummer. But Couch came out pretty good, area rug came out excellent.

Sandra out in Gresham called to help eliminate some wear and tear spots in her hallway and living room. Her carpet is only a couple of years old, so it came out perfectly. It pays to keep your carpets maintained!

Customer called for a nasty orange juice stain. Came out great. I also noticed some rough wear and tear on the carpet that was I was able to lighten up significantly. Totally forgot to take a picture of the orange juice stain, but as I said, it turned out great!

For this customer, we did two sets of stairs and a hallway. Lots of ugly spots from tree berries outside getting tracked in the house. Came out well!

Carpet was extremely dirty and heavily soiled. It took lots of scrubbing to get it clean, but it came out pretty good!

Nice light carpet with some heavy wear spots. Carpet came out really nice. Heavy wear spots lightened up very well also. Big ugly coffee stain came out almost completely.

For this customer, we did carpet cleaning throughout the whole house. Came out looking fantastic!
