Good Neighbor Carpet Cleaning

on rare occasion, you come across a customer who is dissatisfied with your service, no matter what. I don't know if it's because they just want a free carpet cleaning, or if they've had a bad day. I came back to this customers house completed an entire cleaning for a second time, put down additional pet deodorizer treatment, and was sure the customer would be thrilled with a full second cleaning for free. Not the case! Despite the fact that these carpets can't possibly get much cleaner than they currently are. The customer expressed dissatisfaction. I think this is a good lesson for expectations. We in the carpet cleaning business are not miracle workers, we are carpet cleaners. We cannot make old shaggy disgusting carpet. Look brand new again. It's just not possible. I've tried :-)

Amal called with a very smelly carpet in Aloha, OR. A daycare center had a flood, and all the carpet was smelling of mildew. I scrubbed the entire floor, got as much water out as I could, put down some deodorizer, and hoped for the best. Mal was happy with the service, and booked another cleaning for his home the same day. Thank you for your business Mal!

Haley called for a two room carpet cleaning and pet deodorizer in Clackamas, OR. There were some ugly stains from a previous renter, but they came out very nicely!

Karen called for a large wool blend area, rug, cleaning, a large living room and a hallway in Oregon City. She used the three room special for $159, and added some pet deodorizer on top. Heavily soiled Berber carpet came out really nice. Karen was happy and so was I!

Clark out in Eagle Creek called for a large cleaning on his rental unit. Several pets helped to make this carpet nice and dirty. Clark is great at regular maintenance and has used us in the past. He was happy with our service and everything came out great!

Viktor called for a three room special and some deodorizer in Portland, OR. Another location where the carpet was not treated well by the renter. Some deep significant stains on both staircases, they came out way better than I could have imagined. It took a lot of scrubbing, but we got the job done done. Also added some deodorizer that made the place smell good again!

Jamie out in Boring has a baby on the way! So she called for a large sectional sofa cleaning and some stain guard. Came out beautiful!

Lisa from Forest Grove called for a three room special. Carpets were old, but still in decent condition. A little elbow grease, and some green friendly solutions made them freshen up real nice!

Alicia called from Estacada for the monthly special and some pet deodorizer. Her adorable little dog decided to use the living room as a restroom. Lots of urine stains, but all of them came out without a trace! Smells good in there now also…
